Sprentzo had strong fundamentals: a 3500+ member sports community, partnerships with South United FC and PUMA, and backing from 100X. However, the founders had no public-facing identity. Despite deep sports and operations experience, Pravruth and Piyush were narratively invisible. In a category where trust and community drive adoption, the absence of a founder story weakened credibility. The challenge was to build founder presence without falling into performative “day-in-the-life” or vanity-led content that would feel inauthentic to the brand.

We embedded ourselves for a full day at Sprentzo’s Bengaluru office to document real operations instead of staged moments. The content strategy focused on showing how the founders think through their work rather than talking about them directly. Two core narrative assets were created: a day-in-the-life piece capturing their operational rhythm, and a brand explainer that clearly showed what Sprentzo enables through its community-first rental model. Editing and pacing mirrored the realities of sports logistics, emphasizing action, coordination, and access over aesthetics.
