Cotodel was preparing to launch a loyalty solution that automatically loads vouchers into a user’s UPI app when scanning a merchant QR code. While the product solved a real convenience gap, the brand lacked clarity on positioning, messaging, and launch strategy. The challenge was to translate a technical advantage into a value proposition that users and merchants could immediately understand and adopt.
